Consulting & Innovations Technology Primers allow customers
to enhance their investment value by providing pre-defined formalized
training. The primers are delivered by developers on many
advanced topics and features across a wide variety of Aspect Contact
Center Applications. All primers include post primer support to address
follow up questions for up to one month after delivery.
